Description

This Simple Banana Ginger Green Smoothie is a yummy, refreshing way to boost your nutrient and protein intake. Serve alongside a small meal, drink it as a snack, or enjoy it with breakfast. It’s dairy-free, Paleo, AIP and Whole30, and has no added sugar, so you know you’re doing your body some good.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen sliced banana
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen diced avocado
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger root
  • 1 cup filtered water

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If your blender needs more water, just slowly add a little at a time until it blends smoothly. Enjoy immediately.
