โœ… Preheat oven to 425ยบF. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, aluminum foil or a silicone mat (for easy clean-up) and place a roasting rack on top. (You can also use an oven-safe cooling rack if that's what you have).
โœ… Combine pork panko and nutritional yeast in a bowl and mix together. Add avocado oil to a separate bowl.
โœ… Use a paper towel to dry off the chicken tenders. One by one, dip them in the avocado oil (making sure to drain well) and then the panko mixture (making sure to cover completely and as thickly as you can). Then place on the roasting rack.
โœ… Roast the chicken tenders at 425ยบF for 17-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve with your favorite AIP dipping sauce and enjoy!
