A super easy and versatile AIP gravy recipe using just 6 ingredients. Perfect for mashed potatoes, turkey, biscuits and everything else you’d serve at Thanksgiving or Christmas!

While brainstorming AIP-friendly Thanksgiving recipe ideas, obviously mashed potatoes and gravy were right at the top of the list with the turkey. But I also wanted to create a versatile gravy recipe that you could use throughout the year, as well. Not just on Thanksgiving. Which means the gravy can’t require pan drippings. You, of course, can add them, if you’d like, but they’re not required.
